Does it cost anything to request offers?
Requesting offers is free. Receive and compare offers, then choose for yourself.
Can an offer be accepted without my approval?
No offer is accepted automatically. You see the price and arrival time first, then accept the one that suits you.
What if I don’t know what’s wrong?
Choose “Not sure what’s wrong?” in the app and describe what you notice. Add photos to help workshops understand the problem.
What does the start code do?
The workshop needs your start code to begin the job. Share it when you approve the start. Once the job is finished, view the cost and rate the workshop.
